1. Digital Nature of Products All content provided on CedHopkins.com, including the short documentary, memoir, bonus footage, and access to forums, is delivered in digital format. Once access to the content is granted, the purchase is deemed final and non-refundable.

2. Membership Access Memberships on CedHopkins.com provide immediate access to exclusive digital content. Because this content is accessible upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds for memberships.

3. Exceptions Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction after verification.

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access purchased content due to a verified technical error on our end, we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

5. Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting CedHopkins.com to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of access to all purchased content.
